Assistant manager is extremely rude and a know it all, iv had 2 interactions with this individual and everytime they have shot off disrespectful remarks like I didn't know what I was talking about, i was a machanic in the military they acted like they knew everything but couldnt identifi a part i was looking for for my vehicle. I wouldn't give a 1 star if it was for multiple times this happing along with this individual being managment personel. Proper leadership starts with managment.
We were travel and our truck needed a carrier bearing and u joint. This is where we stopped at to get parts. The store is super clean. Adrienne one of the managers not sure if assistant manager or store manager but she was the best. Her hospitality and kindness was excellent. We were stranded for 3 hours trying to fix our truck. She was kind enough to allow my son and I to use the bathroom. Thank you!!
Helpful associates and very well stocked store. Everything is clean, neat, and organized. I couldn't find what I was looking for in store but they were able to order my part and it arrived the next day!
