The worst O'Reilly's I've ever been in the employees were rude and unhelpful, actually refused to help me because they said that it was closing time when it was 20 minutes till 9, almost made me want to become a permanent advanced auto customer. I was in the parking lot with a bad battery.After I had struggled to get there , having to stop and have the battery jumped repeatedly to make it from one side of town to the other. The worst auto parts place that I have ever been in my entire life the customer service was so crampy I was denied help when I needed it the most I was left out in the dark in the cold with a broke down vehicle cuz I showed up 20 minutes before closing time and they refuse to help me I've never been treated so badly in my life
As soon as I entered, I was greeted warmly by Adrienne, the assistant manager. She helped me identify what I needed, explained the differences (pros/cons) of the various options, and then went out and replaced the faulty parts for me. There was never an attempt to upsell anything, and I was treated respectfully from the beginning. It was the first time I had ever entered an O’Reilly store, but I was treated like a valued customer. I plan to bring my business here in the future.
Asst. manager was extremely rude and disrespectful!! Asked if he could help with a fuse replacement for my car as I can't bend down and get to the fuse box because I'm a disabled 71 year old veteran. Rudely informed me that he was not a mechanic and that he would not even assist! He can replace a battery or windshield wipers, but a simple fuse is to much for him to comprehend!!!!
