I had a very tough time changing my oil because of the drain plug was stripped and they where very helpful and understanding my difficult time and got the tools I was needing I recommend ASH that is a employee to help with your needs he went above and beyond
The manager at the Maquoketa oriellys should be fired. He's extremely rude to customers and employees. I will never shop at oriellys in Maquoketa IA again.
If I could give zero stars I would. Jack is the rudest and worst employee I have ever encountered in my life. If you don’t want to work - don’t go to work. People come in to get help not be treated like dirt. All we needed was our battery checked and received the absolute worst service ever. Do better.
Had a starter tested
Nobody could get up and help me even though I was the only customer in the place. Terrible customer service.
