Had a starter tested
Nobody could get up and help me even though I was the only customer in the place. Terrible customer service.
I have had good experiences and bad as well. There was a lady who worked at the Maquoketa store and she was knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. I appreciate that because I am not a mechanic and she got me a decent price and product that was best for my type car. Also had good service from most of my personal experience. I do however recall a couple times this one guy gave me the wrong oil filter twice.yes 2 different brands and over 20.00$.
