I went in there for an air filter was charged 10.99 plus $1.00 tax. The air filter did not fit so I ordered an air filter and they deducted 10.99 and not the sales tax. Being a RETIRED ACCOUNTANT I then pointed out the mistake (the whole mfering dollar) and 2 people couldn't figure it out. The "manager" who looked 23 yrs old was like duh! Whatever not like the dollar gonna break me but own up to your mistakes and check your slips.
The young man that helped me was very helpful. Courteous, respectful and knowledgeable.I was very pleased with my experience
Every time I go there for parts I have to push them to tell me the range in price for parts. They always quite me the highest part and usually imply that the only part they have is the most expensive part . This does not happen to my male friends or relatives . So ladies if you want an honest quote on vehicle parts or really any kind of intelligent information about your vehicle I recommend going to a different parts store. Sexist and derogatory.
I went to Oriley’s there in Mountain grove mo to get a headlight and have them pop it in for me. The guy came out and told me they couldn’t do it cause had to take off a whole cover. So my husband went to o’Riley’s in Springfield and the guy could do it without taking off the cover. Took 5 min. So don’t go to the O’Riley’s in mountain grove cause the young guy there does not know what he is talking about. I had a feeling he didn’t know how to do it.
