I happened to need a jack while the story was extremely busy. The assistant manager Jared was on point with every customer! Handling phone calls, looking up parts, running the register, installing brake light bulbs, you name it. Just multitasking like a king! In the middle of all that, he was touching base with every customer, letting them know they would be attended to as soon as possible. I listened to him give very knowledgeable advice to each customer every time.
My 2019 Nissan Rogue was sluggish & sounded as if it was struggling to start. I was told by a friend it was the battery. Bulmaro working the front desk offered to test the battery for me. He also ended up testing the alternator & the starter to make sure the problem was the battery. It turned out the problem was the battery.
