Had an issue with a bad battery. Staff was extremely helpful in getting it warrantied and exchanged with a new one in no time at all. All things considered it was a very easy process and I will continue doing business with them.
This is probably the best o'rilley. We were on our way home to Tennessee when the car decided to act up. Of course on a Sunday, when everyone is usually closed. So we pulled in about 10am, immediately they helped us. We were able to get our part ordered and shipped from another store to here by 1:00pm. Jared also gave us the number for a reasonably priced mechanic who came out to get us back on the road as fast as possible. They continued to give us updates on shipping and times as well. Not friendly at all. I stood at the counter, waiting for the guy to look up from his cellphone.His name was John, he finally looked up and said "yeah"?. When I asked him where to find something, he sent me down the aisle, but that was it, he just said isle 5 and went back to his phone. I couldn't find what I needed, so I asked him for more clarification, but he was working with a customer, and he says, when i'm finished with his customer, I will show you, but never did. I just left.
