Just went in for a keychain the girl working was very polite and friendly and her customer service skills were great we even had a chat about tattoos
Excellent service. Everyone here will work hard to find you what you need. They don’t just look for it and give up, they look in the computer and see if it’s at another store, or they look online and tell you where else you can find it even if it’s competitor if they know you need it right away. Fortunately, they found us exactly what we needed.
Say they price match but then they won’t. Twice as high on the oil filter and 30% higher on oil, same brand/type, than Walmart.
3 out of 4 times in the last 30 days I’ve driven 7 mile round trips to get the wrong parts. Where’s my gas card Oriley’s? Go to advanced and save the gas/time
Had an awesome experience at this store! Carissa knew exactly what part I needed, and was had awesome customer service! I will always buy my parts here!! The new/old rep Emmy Lou gave me great service as well!
