I was traveling from TN to SC with 32 ft trailer. Needed a new lugs and nuts to replace stripped and lost ones on the ride. Not only did they ensure I had correct parts, employee offered advice and supervision to make the repairs. I had the tools, just needed a little advice. Thanks to this store, I was back on the road in less than 1 hr. Much appreciated!
I’ve stopped here twice in a bind. Once my truck wasn’t operating properly and the counter man diagnosed the fuse I needed, found it and then loaned me the tools and supervised while I swapped out bad for good. He did this with a smile and a story. The second time I had an issue with my skid steer and this time the counter man searched, cross referenced found and pulled a part to do the job.
