I stopped at O’Riley’s Auto Parts to purchase and replace a taillight bulb in my Colorado truck. Ms. Sandy was pleasant and helpful. She asked Mr. Calvin to install my taillight bulb. Calvin showed me the job would have caused me enough stress to stop. I would have taken it to someone who had more experience. Nothing seems easy these days. Mr. Calvin got the job done like a PRO. Been a customer for nearly a decade, spent a small fortune with various O'Reillys stores, this being one of the main ones I use, but I called and ordered a part today for MY business and while I was waiting for it to come in, someone else called and needed the same part and they agreed to sell the part I ordered to someone else.
