Came to this location to pick up a 2002 Ford Focus CV axle. Had to drive the person with the part back to Rossville where the car broke down get there work on the car in the freezing cold rain and snow for nearly two days to find out the CV axle we paid for was for A GM OR A CHEVY , and NOT for a focus. This is his only vehicle and his home for the time being and he is missing work and a warm place to sleep. Don’t have time for these mistakes.
Each time I walk in, I'm greeted by the friendly staff. There is at least one staff member present at all times and willing to help. Kudos for providing a consistently enjoyable experience.
