I had a very disappointing experience at this O'Reilly Auto Parts store while attempting to purchase an air filter for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I arrived, I saw two women assisting other customers, so I patiently waited for my turn. Once I was finally helped, I greeted the employee with a "good morning."
