To whom it may concern, your manager is a long way from making this store function at the level it could be. Dean and the team from Bond's that were at the transfer could run circles around him. Justin sets the tone for the store and brings it down. Kevin and the other guys do a good job. In my option would do even better with a better leader.
Steve and the man that loves dogs were the absolute best yesterday. Very knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful when I needed an honest opinion about my car. Thank you!
The Hardwick VT location is always a wonderful experience. The gentleman at the cash register with glasses is always tremendously helpful. Go out of their way to ensure that you get what you need and are willing to go the extra mile to research the correct parts and proper installation
