My car got a flat tire on a Saturday night, and I’m so incredibly grateful to Josh and Jacob for stepping in to help. We first tried Fix-a-Flat, but quickly realized it wasn’t going to be a viable solution. Jacob recommended changing the tire instead, and Josh immediately got to work. I have contemplated about this for two days. I cannot stay silent. I visited O’Reilly’s in Driggs Idaho in the last week What I witnessed was appalling, the gentleman helping behind the counter was asked about the turnover within O’Reillys actual comment. Customer service at this location has become extremely inconsistent depending on who is working. One employee in particular, Arnulfo, completely changes the atmosphere of the store in a negative way. Instead of being approachable or helpful, interactions with him often come across as dismissive, irritated, arrogant, and flat-out rude from the moment customers walk in.
