I have contemplated about this for two days. I cannot stay silent. I visited O’Reilly’s in Driggs Idaho in the last week What I witnessed was appalling, the gentleman helping behind the counter was asked about the turnover within O’Reillys actual comment. Customer service at this location has become extremely inconsistent depending on who is working. One employee in particular, Arnulfo, completely changes the atmosphere of the store in a negative way. Instead of being approachable or helpful, interactions with him often come across as dismissive, irritated, arrogant, and flat-out rude from the moment customers walk in. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I have had repeated bad experiences with an employee named Arnulfo at the Driggs Idaho O’Reilly Auto Parts location. This has happened multiple times now. Every time I come in and end up dealing with him, the experience is unpleasant and unhelpful. Most recently, I called ahead regarding used oil disposal and was told to bring it in.
