We went in for a Battery for our Jeep. It was 20 minutes before closing and we were in a bind. Had just gotten a jump from some local residents because the jeep wouldn’t start. We were greeted by John. He was GREAT! Helped us right away, came out and tested our battery and yes it was dead. He sold us another battery, he installed the battery for us. Overall the experience was a 10 out of 10. Thank you John for being outstanding!
BEWARE OF THIEVES!! I BOUGHT HEADLIGHTS WITH CASH AND RETURNED THEM CAUSE THEY WERE JUNK AND WAS PRETTY MUCH TOLD I WAS LYING AND IT WAS MY FAULT..THE OLD MAN WORKING THERE IS EXTREMELY RUDE ..I PAID WITH CASH AND WAS GIVEN A WORTHLESS GIFT CARD TO USE ONLY IN THE STORE ...BEWARE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS ...P.S.ITS NOT COMPANY POLICY TO GIVE GIFT CARDS ..THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN..THEY ARE SCREWING PEOPLE OVER..CORPORATE WILL BE HEARING ABOUT THIS
