The guy who tried to help lacked the training he needed to do his job and he was struggling to locate the part that i had called about and then he was struggling to figure out how much change to give me back. I understand that everyone needs a job but to put someone in a position without the proper training is ludacris and to have the other 4 employees standing idle watching him struggle is totally insane.
