I depend on them in Walnut Cove. Ran in and picked up an item. Went to the check out. The planet stoped. Check out guy was truly trying to help a customer. Worked with him and worked with him. An older employee walked by didn't see me. One more walked all the way through. No acknowledge at all. 15 min later I paid for my item. The clerk was great. Got what I needed. Now. Customer service was nil. My time matters.
