Yesterday AutoZone tested my battery and told me it needed to be replaced. After buying a new battery, I went to two different AutoZone locations, but neither of them was willing to help install it. I then found this O’Reilly Auto Parts online and came here expecting to pay for installation. To my surprise, Cris was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Clem was incredibly helpful when we went in to get a new battery. Even with the temperature being below zero and snow coming down, Clem was more than happy to help us replace the battery in our car. We were back on the road quickly with no wait. I highly recommend coming to this store if you value customer service.
Amazing experience here, Cris went out of his way to give us an excellent customer experience! Really appreciate his advice as well, and he was very patient and kind. Will be recommending to friends!
O'Reilly is the best auto parts shop I've been. Cris got a headlight bulb of my old car with such efficiency and he generously changed it for me even though it was so late and cold at night, as I already got pulled over by the police because of my broken bulb. Their manager also helped me with my turning signal a couple of weeks ago. They are so kind and professional. Thank you for making me feel at home when I'm thousands of miles away from home :)
