I had a disappointing experience with James at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts. During my visit, I found him to be unprofessional and rude in the way he spoke to me. I felt that my questions were dismissed rather than answered, and the interaction left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. Customer service is important, and unfortunately this experience did not meet my expectations.
Yesterday AutoZone tested my battery and told me it needed to be replaced. After buying a new battery, I went to two different AutoZone locations, but neither of them was willing to help install it. I then found this O’Reilly Auto Parts online and came here expecting to pay for installation. To my surprise, Cris was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional.
