Super friendly. Was very helpful getting the right parts i needed. Found product quick for me. All around great place
I didn’t catch his name, but an employee greeted me immediately when I walked in, helped me find the tool I needed to tighten a bolt on my car door, and he even tightened it for me right there. This isn’t my usual store I stop by, but I’ll for sure some back here first when I need something thanks to the great customer service.
I had a disappointing experience with James at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts. During my visit, I found him to be unprofessional and rude in the way he spoke to me. I felt that my questions were dismissed rather than answered, and the interaction left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. Customer service is important, and unfortunately this experience did not meet my expectations.
