I visited O'Reilly's Auto Parts to pick up a spark plug for my car, but things took an unexpected turn when my car broke down in the parking lot. I was feeling stressed and unsure of what to do, but Kevin, the worker there, truly went above and beyond to help me. Let me tell your story about how awesome these guys are. I'm an hour from home. After our game, and eating we stopped by the car wash because the salt on the truck was terrible from the nearly month of snow. When exiting the carwash you have to make a two point turn because it's tight. Doing so I heard a pop. I eased forward hearing rubbing and the brakes had stopped working. Had to make several trips to this store, everyone working there went out of their way to look for parts I needed.
I had got to where I had done all my auto part shopping here till they just straight lied to me about how solid roters can't be turned when they absolutely can . They've even done it before but you have to be in the old guy buddy club or they just don't want to help.
