Was looking for a certain battery for a friend's car (helping replace the battery for him) & O'Reilly was the only place that knew what I was talking about (the gal helping me was knowledgeable) & had the battery in stock for not that bad of a price.. the other auto stores just looked at me confused & stated they didn't have that battery available 🤦 ...the gal was so sweet, very nice & made my experience great! Will definitely be back! Thanks for the great customer service!!

Jenifer is the best salesperson, she helped me find what I needed, I went to 5 other stores and they simply said they didn't have it, I couldn't find it in Jenny's Orely store either, but she suggested more options and was a great help.

I was disappointed, I've been coming to this place to replace my battery and this day Robert told me he can't change my battery because is a mechanical thing that he can't do, he just gave me the battery without replacing it.
