Recently, while passing through Cameron, my car’s starter went out. At first, I thought it was just a bad battery, but one of the gentlemen at O’Reilly tested it and confirmed the starter was the issue. Luckily, they had one in stock, and since it was fairly easy to reach on my car, I decided to buy a few tools and replace it right there in the parking lot so I could get back on the road. I came in here to get oil and filter for my truck. As I was walking in the gentleman at the counter asked what I was doing. I explained to him what I was doing. Before I even got to the oil filter section he was calling out the oil filter number that I needed to pick out. He was on top of it and I appreciate that kind of customer service.
One of the younger gentlemen there did not know how to process a online claim.So it took a little longer than usual to get out
