Pedro, luis and sollomon are great workers and are always great helping me find parts they definitely deserve raises
When I ordered the trailer hitch, the first dude was awesome. Came back, then the other dudes lied to me saying that orielies doesn’t install it for anyone. (Though I know they have before recently). Then asked me to come back at another time later that day to get it installed by another person. So I did- third trip now there and many miles, lots of gas spent. Firstly, I want to thank Pedro at O'Reilly's for helping me out today and always when stopping by. Also is a big help on locating parts for my 2011 chevy malibu, on occasions I would call in and when Pedro answers the phone, I know that I'm in good hands with his professionalism over the counter. Also, when asking for parts Pedro would look at other locations to see if in stock which is great help. Pedro shows lots of professionalism in his job and great customer service.
Staff is very helpful.
