Rachel is an amazing manager. She was so helpful to me. I was going in about a regular bulb for my car and she asked to look at the headlights. She noticed that it wasn't just the bulb. The connector was corroded and that it may need a new one, or even a new headlight. She told me to check with my mechanic and if she could help find me the part she would be happy to help. She is very knowledgeable. A great addition to the company.
My number 1 place ( Autozone 2) I buy my car parts from locally in Charlottesville is O'Reilly. Why? The reason is obvious. All the GM's past and present are awesome. Gm Daniel was awesome. District manager Thomas will be missed when he leaves shortly. Gm Rachel who is current is totally awesome.I can't wait to meet Mr Troy who is the new District manager who will replace brother Thomas and when I starts, he has big shoes to fill. All of the other employees are super----Nathon, Tabitha, and Danny, etc
