This is a little late on my review but in Feb 16th but i just found the receipt as I was cleaning out my truck. I was traveling from Utah to Georgia and my water pump went out in Seymour MO the guy who rang me up was named Weston (I'm sorry I cant remember everyone's name that day) but the entire crew that day was amazing. Very friendly helpful guys! Highly recommend! Great source for auto parts and fluids
Terrible customer service. Came in looking for a bulb replacement because they sold the wrong one. Two younger guys were working and both were adamant that it was the same one despite the notches on the bottom being different. As we got outside I saw one of the boys looking at my car, pointing and laughing. Super unprofessional and childish. I went to Rogersville Oreillys and got the correct bulb without the smug attitude. This is coming from a 12 year mechanic who knows what they are talking about.
