My family and I were making a cross country road trip with our camper when my husband’s truck threw an error and started losing power. We were able to pull off and go to O’reilly’s. My husband went in and explained the problem. Kevin came out with his code reader and helped us troubleshoot. He let us borrow his ladder and even got up there to help find the problem. They have things in stock that I can't find anywhere else. Very friendly, helpful employees. Store is clean and organized. Great place to get those hard to find parts.

Last night we called just before close because we lost a wheel bearing on our trailer. The gentleman they answer. The call knew exactly what we needed and we got a whole hub set through it on the trailer. Got it limp back to Albuquerque. It was cold last night And we would’ve definitely been stuck had not been for that O’Reilly’s having those kind of trailer parts and the expertise can’t recall the two gentlemen’s names but they are very helpful.
