Adam is helpful and always professional - but Sophia is the BEST! I needed some specific hoses made, so she led me to the back to look at all the fittings. Sadly I needed them quickly, not able to wait to order them online. They had ABsolutely everything in stock - tons of other stuff too - so she said they'd be ready shortly.
