Pretty knowledgeable
William was really nice and helpful. There’s another guy with a long beard that ran diagnostics for us and said we needed a new fuel pump, he was helpful but we didn’t really enjoy him talking negatively about the towns people it was just off putting. He told us not to use the mechanic JR’s auto but we were glad we went to him because his diagnostic machine was way better and more detailed and he did a fantastic job and saved us $300 for a fuel pump we didn’t need and pretty much saved our trip.
