I was just driving past one day and I saw a bunch of buy one get one free signs in the windows. I needed a headlight anyway so I stopped in to check out all their deals. Very nice, clean, and organized store. The workers there were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Great service they always on point and I walk out happy with my parts
Today, Bud was a customer service champion! I live in Shaker Heights but store #5850 will always be my store for satisfying the auto part needs for my 23’ Kia Sportage. I explained to him that I had purchased my bulbs from the Lee Road O’Reilly’s some weeks ago. Yet, shortly after leaving the store my brake warning light illuminated again.
