Although the fellas we fairly nice the did not follow O'Reilly corporate policy on returns.
Tyler helped us find the right replacement bulbs for our headlights, and even installed them for us!
My car overheated on the highway and luckily I was close to O'Reilly. The staff was incredible in diagnosing the problem and helping me get back on the road. Great service and staff!!
Good and healthy
I could not have asked for more from our experience at the store. We pulled in with a steaming engine. The managers immediately jumped in and helped us identify we had a faulty water pump. Concern over having the parts needed for my 2014 Durango were quickly eliminated as the parts were in stock. They (Tyler and Kota) even helped us line up help to fix. What a great job. O’Relly’s should be proud of this staff and fortunate to have such a great team. Wow!
