It seems O'Reilly has a culture of concern and over the top customer service. I've visited may of their stores all over the country and for the most part had a great experience. The Marion AR store, Christina, Miriand and Jonathan are outstanding. They made a stressful situation seem as though I was with friends. The only way if could have been better, would be if the parts were free.
While traveling, my car battery unexpectedly died leaving me stranded at the Wendy’s next to O’Reilly’s. They were so kind and helpful with getting me back on the road. Demetrice went above and beyond by coming to Wendy’s to test my battery.
