I tell my friends and family to go to O'Reilly because they always take care of me. They have tested a battery and put in a new one for me. They have tracked down parts I have needed. Even put on my wiper blades. Ask for Nick, he will give 110% to help you. (Lawrenceburg, IN)
We Called on the way they had the part I needed . When I returned with my core , I was quickly waited on an received my credit.
Ordered a part and was told it would be in Saturday. Called to see if it was in and was told it was busy and they would call me back. Called back an hour later. I was told the computer said it was there but they couldn't find it. They said they would call me back. This was over a week ago. We're still waiting on a call back. Got our part at AutoZone. Great service and the part was in stock.
I remember their prices were the best. Not anymore. $420 for a battery & starter!? I walked out.
Always greeted with a smile! Staff is kind, helpful, and knows their stuff. Makes car care less daunting.
