Went in for a battery check. Ended up needing two batteries. Ron was prompt, nice and very helpful. Randy the assistant manager went above and beyond and put them both in for me since my husband was out of town. And I wasn’t going to be able to put the big, heavy batteries in my truck. They are one of the reasons living in a small town is the best.
Randy doesn’t seem like he actually cares about his employees. He treats certain ones good but his other employees he treats like absolute trash. He yells at them and cusses at them while there are customers in the store to overhear this.
So when I was in oreillys talking with Hadlie about parts for my truck the other blonde female worker that was there kept trying to interrupt us and input her opinion that did apply to the parts that I needed. The store almost lost a sale because of this, luckily another associate “Hadlie” was there to correct everything and keep the sale.
