The staff of this establishment were extremely rude, and dismissive. We drove an hour to pick up parts for my truck, and were told we would have to wait 3 hours for them to arrive. After waiting in for these 3 hours, we returned to the store, only to be told that the part wouldnt be here until the next day. They had this information and didnt bother to let us know, so now we have to drive back and forth 2 hours. Once we brought this to their attention, they didnt even offer an apology. Waited 15 minutes after supposed opening time on Sunday. No one ever opened despite posted time saying they were open at 9 that day. 3 other people in the parking lot also waiting.
Very helpful knowledgeable staff, lost my water pump on my way home from Weber heading to St. George. They let me change it right there on their lot and were able to provide me everything I need to do the job and knowing they were open later than anyone else made the decision to go there a no brainer. Thanks guys.
Thursday, April 24, 2025 approximately 8 35 a.m. Terrible Service, and racist(we were the only customers in store. Me and my father came in looking for a gas cap for my truck to replace, and the lady working the counter was being impatient and disrespectful. I gave her my registration to help pinpoint what cap exactly I needed and proceeded to tell me she had nothing for me(she seemed agitated when we walked in) and refused to show me any gas caps to me or my father.
