Thursday, April 24, 2025 approximately 8 35 a.m. Terrible Service, and racist(we were the only customers in store. Me and my father came in looking for a gas cap for my truck to replace, and the lady working the counter was being impatient and disrespectful. I gave her my registration to help pinpoint what cap exactly I needed and proceeded to tell me she had nothing for me(she seemed agitated when we walked in) and refused to show me any gas caps to me or my father. Always very helpful
Me and my friend were driving from Cedar to Provo when her pulley belt snapped and came off, we were forced to pull over on the side of the highway. We called O’Reilly and their employee Randy answered the phone and decided he would drive 30 minutes to another store to get the part we needed, then drive an hour back to come install it for us. Amazing customer service on his part and we were able to make it to Provo according to our schedule. Just wanted to say thank you again to Randy and everyone that helped us out!
Windshield wiper blade fell off Stopped at there store bought a new blade and he put it on for me in the rain
