Went there for front brake parts. After mechanic inspected the truck it turned out the noises were coming from worn out rear brakes. Back to O'Reilly for an exchange. Both times I delt with "Christina". She was truly a pleasure to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly, she made me feel that they appreciate my business.
Went in last week for some oil and a filter. The woman with the lip ring was very rude, and dismissive. She acted like I was putting her out to answer my questions.
Manager and the assistant manager are extremely rude
Michael was a big help with tire repair advice/guidance, thank you again!
Ben was extremely rude , he was very frustrated and was being mean with my sales representative and another customer that was in line . Don’t recommend this plz !!!
