Seriously- Jennifer is awesome and always greets everyone Today - Friday 19th I go in no greeting. That’s cool. I’m easy. I go grab my stuff and stand in front of the store, waiting for a cashier the elderly man in a O’Reilly suit, clearly sees me, but continues to wander the aisles aimlessly. The next girl who is on the phone helping a customer totally cool. - or wait for her and some guy jumps in line in front of me. I calmly walk to the counter, set my purchases on the counter and left! Why go to a place with rude customer service when car parts.com is 75% cheaper!!! And way more reliable
Horrible customer service and lazy employee's that are not willing to make up a hydraulic hose. The parts they sell are not quality either. They lost my respect and business which really sucks for them because we are local delivery company with a fleet of older trucks that is in need of parts regularly. Do business with other auto part store like Napa in Frisco. Buena Vista instead.
