Wow no one working knows what even chrom polish was and didnt even care to check. Just tells they dont know what that is and to have a good day. No customer service here haha
The manager refused to pro-rate a battery for me that was clearly an O'Reillys battery with a date sticker within the year. I just bought the vehicle so no, i didnt have a receipt, but youd think theyd be inclined to help out. They rely on it being the only auto parts store in ramseur, but just do yourself a favor and go to either advance auto parts in asheboro; they are always helpful and eager to make your life easier.
