Today 18 oct. Waiting in line to get parts, associate asked who's next which by the way was myself and a couple walked up with no regard or respect of others. I told associate i was next he said it will be ok and continued to help the couple. I said that is not right and he dismissed me and continued so I will no longer purchase from oriellys went to auto zone and bought parts I needed. Your loss.

When I came in to get new windshield wipers, Chris greeted me with a smile and he took great care of me even though it was raining, he went out in the pouring rain to change my windshield wipers. He takes great care of his customers and appreciates his job duty. We need more Chris in the world. People that do their job because they enjoy it. Look at that coming to work with a smile treating every customer as their family.
