first time getting oil for my new car and didn’t know what to get i asked the asst manger tyler what to get and he was mumbling and didn’t seem really to care about helping.
Very knowledgeable staff.
Waited 10 minutes for them to come back several times to say they think they have the battery. They ended up not having the battery.
Don’t bother asking for a price match. I asked for a price match on oil and an oil filter but all I was told was, “They’re discounted.” Not sure if they’re trying to save O Reilly’s money or what but I’m not paying 3x the price of an item Walmart carries.
