Came in in a Sunday called first to pick up lug nuts that she said they were in stock drove 30 min . Walked in lady said they were hanging in the back isle 2. We were standing looking for the part number that she yelled down the isle rather than getting up to help us find them. After standing there looking some more she says oh wait they are in the back still yelling down the isle. We walk back up front as she scuffs her feet slowing walking to the back. The guys that work inside will try their best to sell you the most expensive type of part because they make commission off each sale. I don’t think any of them are actual car guys that want to get you back on the road. All they care about is making money off you. Autozone doesn’t do that. Shameful
