I agree with Elias in his post, this store is pathetic, they have 2 good employees here though but they fired the best manager they had over a year ago. they recently screwed up my parts even with a list my wife had with her, that's why i buy 90% of my parts online which i get almost all the time at half the cost of this place. they need a new manager.

Some of the worst customer service ever with the exception of a small handful of employees. If you call you'll probably have the phone ringing off the hook for about a half an hour, if they EVER answer. Call, they won't answer, but if you show up, they're all standing at the counter right next to the phone... I work in a local shop that is very fast paced, I don't need to be sitting on the phone when I have work in front of me. Worst customer service of a retailer in Thayer. Walk in with 3 people behind the counter. Not only are you unacknowledged, no one speaks to you when your standing in front of them. Exceptional customer service gets you return buisness. Even when you have the highest prices, and you do.
