Some of the worst customer service ever with the exception of a small handful of employees. If you call you'll probably have the phone ringing off the hook for about a half an hour, if they EVER answer. Call, they won't answer, but if you show up, they're all standing at the counter right next to the phone... I work in a local shop that is very fast paced, I don't need to be sitting on the phone when I have work in front of me. Worst customer service of a retailer in Thayer. Walk in with 3 people behind the counter. Not only are you unacknowledged, no one speaks to you when your standing in front of them. Exceptional customer service gets you return buisness. Even when you have the highest prices, and you do.
