I love this Oreilys Deidre is a great asset to store
I was having issues with my check engine light. I went to store #5156 and Ms. Alava came out and assisted me by letting me know what was going on with my light. She also recommended some new wiper blades! O’Reilly’s customer services are the best!!!

O'Reilly's is usually my favorite store, I have an account and get all of my car necessities. Tonight I had the worst experience I have ever had and I've never had a bad experience in this particular store. Deidre was my associate, she got upset because I did not know how far she needed to go back to check on the warranty for my brakes after I gave her my phone number where the info is located. She went to grab the brakes for me, when she returned I told her that I needed high beams and windshield wipers as well. She advised... read more
