They suck have to come back most of the time and they never answer the phone to see availability I live 45 mins from there don't waste your time

What a great bunch of people. My sister was travelling from Florida to visit our dad in Missouri when her check engine light came on. She called me (I'm in MO) in a panic and I directed her to the nearest O'Reilly since ours has the diagnostic tool. She was greeted by 2 exceptionally kind and helpful ladies who checked out her problem, reassured her it was minor and helped her to relax. Not certain of their names but either Latarsa, Katherine or Stephanie. God bless you ladies and thank you!
