Giving one star because I can't give 0. I had to go here 3 times today and each time I received horrendous customer service. From upselling me on rotors stating that the ones I found on the site wouldn't work, to not wanting to turn the front rotors I had that were clearly in spec to do so with. And to top it all off I was quoted $20 per rotor but when I came back I was charged $25 per rotor. When I asked Jay the one handling my sale, about it I was met with its just $5 why does it matter. Didn't have the exact part we needed but found a part that work perfectly.
I needed Freon and I asked them to please help me with it. Show me how to do it. And the one guy kept telling the woman that was helping me. No, no, no, and I said, "Look, I'm traveling from Florida to Illinois." I said could you please help me and then he finally helped me. He then was a nice guy said I didn't . Said my lines just froze up because it was so hot. So I wasn't very pleased with this O'reilly's.But I would recommend an o'reilly's in illinois and florida.
