One of my favorite auto parts stores
Viva and Dave are two people remarkable People that go the extra mile for there Customers.I went to other Auto stores and called a Massey ferguson dealer they couldn't help me check this Alternator out and couldn't get one. So Dave at O'Reilly in Caro,Mi.checked it out and it was bad .Thought I would have to wait,but Dave called and said you'll have your Alternator by 7:30 the next day. Terrible experience. The 2 customer service reps didn’t know anything about what I needed. Gave the wrong part which made me go back and waste time and gas money. Needed a purge valve for a 2018 ford eco sport and they spoke to me like I was stupid and tried telling and showing me a part for a 2022 gmc Acadia. Older man with salt and pepper hair pony tail. DUMB AND RUDE. Do not recommend Caro store.
