Great experience! They were very friendly and professional. They installed my brake lights for free! I will be doing business with them going forward.
I encountered and witnessed many times a specific employee being rude, sarcastic, and dismissive to customers of color. I also heard this same employee(s) joke around with a customer who was making homophobic comments. I would not come here if you identify as a person of color or from a marginalized/discriminated background. It appears from these reviews that this is not the first time employees at this store have been described as rude and biased.
My truck died on a Sunday morning heading from Pittsburgh to Charleston, WV. Mike and John took great care of me! They brought me a battery on the side of the road and got me on my way! Thank you so much for the help!
Stopped in for a new headlight, they were quick to find the right size. A worker who was off the clock offered and successfully put it in for me. We will continue to come here for our auto needs!
