Nice store… however I will not be returning due to a certain lady’s attitude that was very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Needs better staff members…
I went to O'Reilly today. What great customer service! Not only did the store manager find the right bolts, etc. that I needed, but crawled under my car and fixed it. They are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely my go to!
Monique and McKenzie were a fantastic help! We were driving through from Nebraska to Colorado and had multiple issues with our truck. 1. They were open on Memorial Day (hallelujah) 2. They were so patient and let the kids use the bathroom- even going out of their way and bringing a step stool for the little one to reach the sink because mom is on crutches at the moment. 3. Went in for a new key fob battery and the ASM on duty was very quick, helpful and even offered to change it out for me! Awesome customer service!!
