My son and daughter went to this store this morning with my alternator and my 2 truck batteries, after being stranded. Tested the alternator twice and apparently it passed.... told us it was one of my batteries, so we bought a new battery. Got everything put together, got to sterling to the O'Reilly because the voltage wasn't going up. Come to find out they sold us a battery that wasn't charged and the alternator was bad!
Three people out of the staff are competent the rest need better training at finding correct parts their mistakes make the customer pay double in the long run , need more qualified staff
The friendly folks at the O’Reilly’s in Ft. Morgan saved the day… literally. My car limped into their lot during a commute. They helped me with loaner tools, necessary parts, moral support, and good humor. My car was restored to operability and I was on my way. “Rock the Kazbah” was playing appropriately on the radio.
