Not impressed with the customer service here their overall knowledge leaves something to be desired, Management should look into a bit of retraining, not sure what to do about his lack of common sense
Would have given a five star but when I walked in and stood in front of a register the 2 men that were working the registers finished with their customer and without saying a word walked off. After some time someone came out of the parts area and asked if I needed anything. Advised I needed a windshield wiper, he installed it for me and was very kind. He had excellent customer service quality's. I'll go back because of him.
