With less than an hour before closing, Caleb and Jose worked to get a broken headlight replaced in the parking lot for a mom trying to get home to Durant safely. They even stayed late to get me back on the road. Great customer service, and the reason I'm a loyal O'Reilly's customer!
I am visiting from Texas and I came to this o’reillys yesterday to get a code read on my car. It ended up being a misfiring 4th cylinder. I purchased the part and had every intention of bringing it back to where I am staying and YouTubing how to fix it. The employee John did not know this though. He did not hesitate to grab a tool and come outside and fix my car for me. I was so shocked by that. ZERO STARS if i could. I purchased a battery that cost me 259.00. I could have purchased somewhere else cheaper, but I was promised at the time of purchase that they would switch it out for me. I took my car in the next morning only to be told that they are not mechanics and I would have to take it one to be done because all the wires and that breather vent.
