I was over an hour away from home when my car started acting up. Pulled in here and was amazed by the helpfulness. Did everything to help me get back on the road. Being by myself and not knowing anything about cars, it could have been a bad situation. Very very grateful!

My car lost all auxiliary power in the heat. I found myself driving miles on back roads to get to this O’Reillys. When I showed up on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and child and no way to get a mechanic, Tim (goes by George) stepped up in a big way. He went through several potential repairs and worked in the heat. Without my tools and several things that could have been wrong, I would have been stuck.
