Good friendly staff sometimes but there are a few that looks like they don’t want to be there. Welcome to O’Reilly is suppose to be stated to each individual that walks into the store but it’s not. I’ve seen one person be told “Welcome to O’Reilly but the next that walked in 14 seconds after did not. If they could clean that up it would be even better.
I had the best experience here. Jonathan is very helpful to me and my husband. He helped us find everything we needed . He gave us the best customer service. I appreciate him and he is the man to ask for.
Im a single mother recently came to visit bianca 7/26/25 . I received a ticket for no brake lights and bianca went the extra mile to replace it for me! Im forever grateful for her, i have no male figure to assist me, and bianca was a sweet worker to help me. Bc of that i will be loyal to her and her store, for anything.
Didn't love the guy working the counter he was difficult to deal with .
I came in to have my battery tested because I was having problems starting my car. Alan helped us, or lack there of. He listened to me tell him it was the battery. He tested the battery, and still told me I needed a new starter or a new key. When I tried to tell him it was just a battery, he talked over me and treated me like I was stupid. He only explained things to my husband, despite my husband not knowing anything about cars. So Alan told me it was my starter or my car key.
