Came into O’Reilly for a new battery. I was treated extremely well by Thomas. Thomas helped me replace my old battery and set me up with a new one. He was knowledgeable, polite and patient with me. I recommend!

Gone are the days where they know how to find a belt without a computer. Pathetic waste. No wonder all these stores are closing
I came here a couple days ago and I went up to Jeanette to see If I could get some help with checking my alternator and right of the bat she sighed and told me in a rude way to lift the hood then I was asking for prices for the alternator and gave her the license plate and she was making me feel stupid and like I couldn't afford the prices, and I was being nice to her but she was giving me too much of an attitude so I left.
