I've been to this store many times recently and every single time I am greeted with courtesy and respect. I recently went to pick up some wipers and fluid and Robert offered to install the wiper for me and pointed out that my wiper fluid reservoir was leaking and assisted me in searching for a new one. This is the type of costumer service I appreciate. Thank you.
I ordered an AC fan and it never showed up. I was told it would take a week. It was coming from Spokane, which would only take me three hours to drive there and it took them more than a week and it still never showed up. I called Stephanie, who was supposedly supposed to be the manager and she couldn’t explain why it was very rude and considerate when I asked her for an explanation.
My kid was having car troubles as we were traveling from Wyoming to Washington. We stopped at the Hermiston location where an awesome lady ran the codes for us and got us the right part. No shops in town would help us replace it so I did it in the Walmart parking lot. Good as knew and we were on our way. Appreciated their help!
As far as customer service goes they are awesome when you’re in the store. I have had many of the employees over the years go above and beyond to help with whatever needs I might have. Best prices in town as well. One thing I do hate though is I can never get ahold of them by phone I have to call over and over and over again and it should not be that way. If your busy answer and put me on hold lol Biggs the shit out of me haha
