I had an incredible experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts in Cambridge, Ohio, thanks to Jeremy. I’m on a road trip, and after dealing with a dead battery this morning, the last thing I needed was more stress. When I pulled up, I explained the situation, and without hesitation, Jeremy came outside, took a look, and immediately diagnosed the problem.
