I was being helped by Cal and Eric who had great customer service. The reason I am giving two stars is because a woman who was up front with them was being rude to the customer she was helping at the first counter. She was giving attitude to the customer while also kind of slamming the products back down on the counter. Even though she was on the other side, I didn't even see a O'Reilly shirt so it was hard to tell if she was a actual customer or a worker.
The girl at the counter was SO helpful and got us our bolt with no worries or problems
Great customer service.
Fast and easy. A lot of parts available even on the weekend.
