first they are very friendly. But when i have special ordered things from them they always seem to be wrong part when it arrives. Than i have to sit and wait well its reordered. It has become just as easy for me to drive to Independence to Advance auto and order my stuff there. i still go there to get day to day things but anything that has to be percise fit i dont buy there. to many bad mistakes for me to continue there
