We arrived at 7:55pm with a bad battery. We were in and out by 8:02pm with a new battery covered under warranty. Quick and painless!
Standard O'Reilly's experience for the most part. We tried calling ahead to ensure some Holley carburetor parts were in stock. The employee said there were none in store, but she could order some. I drove to the store and found the carburetor gaskets, power valve and needle and seat within a minute of walking in the door. I guess if the employee cannot stand at a computer and see it, it would just sit on a shelf forever. Same lady that said the parts were special order walked past everything I needed to ring me up...
