I came in to get radiator stop leak. I have no idea what any of those words mean so I had to get help. Montana was eating lunch but saw that I was confused. He offered to help me look for it, told me my best options, and waited for me to call and ask questions. I love this Oreillys, I appreciate Montana dropping his lunch to help me.
I came in to get my battery checked. And I talked to one of the team members they help with assistant manager Patrick. Mr. Patrick showed me all the different batteries, and like me make my choice on the battery I pick. There was no pressure to pick a battery or to buy a battery from there. But I was really comfortable with the atmosphere and have everybody treated me. So I got a new battery there and Mr. Patrick installed it and was great.
