It's an okay place if you like getting the run around. If you like someone to tell you they ordered your part when they didn't, then this is the place for you. Otherwise stay as far away from these clowns as possible
Terrible service
Worst parts store in Arab. Terrible service, the workers don't care if you get the right part or not. They were VERY RUDE and they didn't know anything about cars. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone
Terrible service. Counter guys have no clue. They all need to take mechanics 101 and then learn how to be customer friendly.
Let's put it this way. If they were the only parts store in the world and my car broke down, I'd just walk
