I've always go to O'Reilly for anything I need and I would send anyone there for there part needs
This was one of the worst O'Reillys I have ever been to. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who was trying to "help" me. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The so called "manager" (older female) was also rude and far from friendly. The people were not helpful and treated their customers very poorly. Very sad to say the least.
Awful service. The guy was completely rude! Didn't know what he was talking about, and when I tried to return a rebuilt master cylinder that I had purchased, not even a week before, he told me they couldn't help, I'd have to wait for the store manager the next day.
Rude and accused me of shoplifting. I purchased $40 dollars in electrical parts for a project and bought everything I might need so I wouldn’t have to go back for more stuff. When I went back to the store to return the extra unopened items 2 weeks later, with the receipt, the clerk behind the counter suggested that I may have shoplifted the items I was returning. What! Really? From now on, I will drive the extra 3 minutes and go to the Napa store that is just east of the Ranger Station, and you should too.
Bought a water pump for a 2006 Ford Escape my father in law purchased the pump when we took it to get it put on it didn't come with back housing which was were mine was leaking but because the mechanic opened the part they refused to take the pump back or give in store credit. I ordered the pump from carparts.com it was cheaper and it come with the housing I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone their parts are crap and they don't honor their warranty.
we were recently on a horrific trip to houston texas on the way back we had so many problems with our truck and couldn't find parts anywhere's the guys at o'reillys were very helpful calling every part store in the area to find the parts we needed and when the only place that had them was there store 30 miles away a very nice employee Chester volunteered to stay over and drive to the other store to get our part so we could finally head home to new york Gerry and Jordan were very very helpful calling all over for parts and lo... read more
I tried to call and see if they had a part for my car, the person answering the phone was not polite at all and was in fact rude, he answered the phone and I told him that I was looking for a part or my car, he had no reply, so there was an akward silence, then I told him the part and he interupted me mid-sentence and told me to wait on hold, without time to reply I was on hold, for four to five minutes, I waited and waited so I just hung up.
