Usually O'Reilly's is pretty competent, this location not so much. Both employees were no help in getting a marine battery and neither had a clue what a cranking/starting battery was and kept recommending a deep cycle, which I repeatedly said was not correct. Went across the street to AutoZone and I was out the door in 5 minutes with my new starter battery, go there for more knowledgeable employees.
Great service normally no wait time
Jp won't deliver to my place of business because it's to far and would not even give me a radius for the mileage they will deliver. Feels a lot like being black balled for what reason is unclear other then someone just doesn't like me.
