Couldn’t even open the hood of my car.
The idiot behind the counter wanted four hundred dollars to rent an AC vacuum pump. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS? Oh, but you'll get your money back when you return it. Why can't you just keep my credit card on file and charge that if I don't return it? DUH, DUH DUH...We can't do that..DUH.. How long does it take to get my money back? Duh, well that depends on your bank. BYE. I mean, FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS just to rent a freaking vacuum pump! I won't be visiting another rip off O'Reillys ever again. Im done.
