Helpful knowledgeable
Our Jeep started acting up while we were in Houghton. Limped it to this O'Reilly and were helped by a friendly young man named Isaiah. Isaiah was eager to help us and scanned our Jeep and got "bad MAP sensor" code. Replacing it didn't solve the problem. After 2 different dealers couldn't figure out the problem we traded it in and drove home to TX in a new pickup. We greatly appreciate Isaiah's enthusiasm and he was genuinely interested in solving our problem.
